Wayland is a crucial part of our customer service team. He enjoys assisting customers and continuously working with them to improve their experience. Wayland has a special knack for finding areas that need improvement and doing what needs to be done to ensure improvement happens. He isn’t afraid to speak up when he sees an area that needs work. This means that everything Wayland is involved in gets better and better over time.

Wayland’s passion is unique; growing up with a disabled father, he and his dad couldn’t play traditional games like baseball or football. Instead, Wayland’s father taught him how to play pool. It is a hobby that Wayland cherishes and continues to enjoy.

Wayland enjoys good, comfortable, warm weather. His favorite holiday is Good Friday because it comes with perfect spring-time weather. It is not uncommon for Wayland to be out on the golf course enjoying a perfect spring day.
